What 6 months with a Momma will do...

I love the way our adopted children blossom. They really do. Just like little flowers they open a little more everyday. Just wanted to show what love from a family will do for a little one who previously had no hope...if your heart is open to loving a child not born from your womb then please pray for the opportunity to add to your family through the wonder of adoption. You will never be the same.

She's just beautiful.

I do consider myself so incredibly blessed to be touched twice by the miracle of adoption in my own family, and again and again in the lives on my extended family and friends too. It's so awesome!

So true my dear friend! It amazes me how we feel that they will never come home, and then all of a sudden they have been here 6 months, a year, 2 years...

Wow! The photos of Ellie took my breath away. She is so beautiful and full of life. I love what you wrote about adoption and how you are never the same. That is so very true. It is so amazing to watch how God, through the miracle of adoption, transforms the lives of these children and their families.

Her sweet face still makes me cry. God is so faithful, both to her and to you and to all of us who get to be a small part of the journey. I am so thankful for your example of obedience.

I love you sweet friend! Those pictures are to die for!!!

Ellie is just gorgeous....my how she has blossomed!! Love the photos! Our one regret about adoption is that we did not answer God's call years (and years) ago! Oh how we would love to adopt again! Even if we can't....we can encourage and support others. It truly is a miracle!
